What's is your favorite store to shop for clothes?

I LOVE Old Navy! It's a store I can go into and grab my size and they SHOULD fit {as long as I get the LONG size....it's the only store I know that does short, regular and long pants...with my giraffee legs, I need the long sizes!!!}. My family knows me well...I got $70 in gift cards for Old Navy for my birthday!!! It's awesome!! Now I'm just waiting for the good sales!!! :D

Solemn Sunday

Hey...this is a pretty beautiful song....and a very sad movie...




It's definitely on my MUST-SEE list of movies...perhaps even in the theatre...maybe I'll plan a date night soon!!!!! If you've seen this movie already, please give your input {without giving too much away! I've figured some stuff out and read a few spoilers!}

I also think the song is ABSOLUTELY beautiful...very sad but very well done...LOVE Snow Patrol!!!

Today is FAB-U-LOUS!!!!

Why is it fabulous?? I saw at least 6 robins today...I love seeing robins in the spring...makes me hopeful that warm days are just around the corner!!! Here's my robins...

I'm sure there was more but I only saw six!!!! My mom had 7 the other day!! Hopefully the days start to warm up a little more soon! I'm DYING to put the winter stuff away!!! {I think I might just do it anyways!!}

Thrifty Thursdays!!

So I don't know about you but I like going to second-hand stores...whether it's for "new" clothes for the kids, or trying to find some cool storage jars for my scrapbook room, or something to alter, I like to pop in frequently to see what's new...I usually get some pretty cool buys...so I thought I'd share them with you!

This one is actually the cool deal my friend Melissa got but gave to me! I think she said she only paid like $2 for this!!! It's for my cards...I love it! I use it for shows I do to display my cards etc...{don't mind the background...I didn't set this picture up very well!!}

Okay, so I'm doing a "tasty" feature each Tuesday...I'll be sharing something yummy I find each week!! Whether it's a super-duper AWESOME cake...or a recipe I've created...something tasty to share with you all!!

Okay, so in my quest to find some cupcakes for my DD's birthday, I came across this CAKE!!! YES, THAT IS A CAKE!!! Isn't it GORGEOUS!?!?! I've seen this girl in action on the Food Network's Ultimate Cake-off Challenge {they won actually}...Anne Heap is the founder of Pink Cake Box...they are in New Jersey...I WISH I had half the talent this girl has for cakes...Here's another one that I LOVE...it's from their blog...

Makes me wanna do "Fifi and the Flowertots" for DD's birthday!!! Maybe she could just make me the "Violet" on the top and ship it to me! {That's probably all I could afford on that cake!!}.

I fell in love with Heath Ledger as an actor in "10 Things I Hate About You"...my FAVORITE movie of all times!!!! It's SO sad when someone so young is taken away from life...{gotta love those Aussie boys too!!!}
